The most reliable abrasive products are the ones consistently manufactured from proven and reliable materials. To that end, Arc Abrasives sources materials from around the world to meet your most specific demands....again and again. The company maintains an extensive inventory of finished goods to meet your demands. We stock so you don't have to, in turn keeping your overhead down.
Some of our more popular items include: Coated Abrasive Belts, Flap Discs, Flap Wheels, Quick-Lok Discs, Pull-tab Adhesive Discs, Bright-Buff Hand Pads, and Handy Rolls and Sheets.
Coated Abrasive Belts - Arc manufactures its own cloth and paper belts, ensuring the highest quality and in-stock availability for immediate shipment. A high-quality belt nearly eliminates the risk of a joint breakage while in use.
Flap Disc - These disc are manufactured with zirconia or aluminum oxide cloth flap overlaps. The overlapping construction offers aggressive cutting action with cooler grinding. An angled face allows the operator full use of the disc and smooth grinding.
Flap Wheels - The flexible flap action ensures conformity to contours, tubing and other surfaces. Solid uniform construction and superior epoxy make wheels resilient to pressure for longer performances. Self-dressing ensures consistent finishing during life.
Arc's MAXBAK quick-lok discs consist of a custom polyester substrate backing that adds flexibility and resiliency to the coated abrasive cloth. This material has an excellent durability factor and is resistant to heat.
PSA Discs - Arc was the original creator of the pull-tab disc design that ensures easy removal of release paper for quick changeovers. The high-quality, pressure-sensitive adhesive is heat resistant; discs are available with cloth or paper backings.
Bright-Buff Hand Pads - Made of a durable, three dimensional construction, these pads provide consistent abrasive performance. They are non-loading and non-rusting for faster cleaning and finishing.
Bright-Buff Rolls - An economical alternative to steel wool, emery cloth or other wire products, the pad exposes new grain as it wears. Cut the material to the length you need...or fold it for hand sanding.
